Yes. Every Seven0 formula is dermatologist-tested and cleared for daily use on all skin types including sensitive skin. If you have a specific skin condition, we recommend patch testing before full use.

Our Skin Memory Formula is designed to keep the fragrance active for 4–6 hours post-shower depending on your skin type and activity. The scent bonds with your skin rather than evaporating with the water.
Yes. Seven0 products are free from parabens, sulfates that strip the skin barrier, artificial colourants, and mineral oils. We do not compromise on what goes on your skin.
Orders & Shipping
Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days across India. Express delivery (1–3 working days) is available at checkout for select pincodes. International shipping to UAE and UK takes 10–14 working days.
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also use our Order Tracker with your order ID and email address.
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and EMI on select cards for orders above ₹999. All payments are processed securely online.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at returns@seven0.in with your order ID and reason.
We're sorry about that. Email us at support@seven0.in with your order ID and a photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Once the return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
